RED POP & HOT DOGS

The Vudu Hippies are a great band, original music
and a few vibrant covers (for example, they do a rendition
of Joplin's Piece of My Heart that is unequaled even
by Janis herself). The lead vocalist, Renee Paquette,
truly packs emotion and power into her beautiful voice.
Chris Newberg on guitar, sometimes bass, sometimes lead,
sometimes whatever, is a great musician and a great guy.
Then there is Brad Schrage on drums, Reed Schwallee on
lead guitar, and Steven Taylor on bass.

What more can we say? This band played Hodester's wedding,
perhaps that is enough.
